Tools

• UI Color Changer to update colors of selectable UIs
  • Uses the Normal Color of the selected UI components, like buttons, to update all the other colors like highlighted, pressed and so on
  • All currently selected GameObjects in the hierarchy are affected, if they have a Selectable UI component
  • Yes, Selectable is a base class derived by several other components
• Static Flags Helper Window to help visualize and modify any or all static flags of objects in the scene. Static Flags Docs
• BulkReplaceWindow to quickly replace many objects with another prefab
• Select Particle Systems based on their culling mode
• Save Cached Unity Asset Changes is a tiny editor script to write any asset file changes unity has cached in memory to the drive
• Selection Stage editor window to effectively have a second much more manually controlled list of selected objects
• Print Component Class names to quickly get the component names to be able to search for all objects with that component in the scene
• Print Selected Count to simply figure out how many objects are selected
• Property Search window which allows searching through all components filtered by the value of a given property
• Show (Non) Selected Only (plus show/hide all) menu items to quickly show or hide only specific objects in the scene, without affecting their active state (inactive objects cannot be shown like this, naturally/unfortunately)
• Generate Basic Culling LODs to quickly generate LOD Groups for selected objects simply culling all renderers at 4%
• Copy/Paste Cull Percentage in the context menu for LOD Groups to quickly modify culling distances for multiple basic culling LOD Groups
• References Window to see which components and game objects are referenced by other components, as well as seeing what references are crossing the boundry of inside and outside a tree of game objects in either direction
• WIP Tools Window, tool which may be useful however they may not be in their final state or location, or they aren’t the best quality wise
  • Find instances of a given prefab in the scene
  • Find materials using a given texture
• Context menu item when right clicking objects in the hierarchy to move previously selected objects into the right clicked object as children
